Just talk to people and be yourself. In some cases it's not about trying to flirt, but just strike up a conversation. I'm from up NORTH and talking to people isn't really a problem for me. Find something to talk about(something they're wearing, their car etc) There has to be something that strikes your fancy to talk about. I do it all the time....WELL!...…….. NOT TO EVEYONE, LOL.
