Good Morning everyone. I have been dealing with a really rough situation here, and could REALLY use some help. Things have taken me in a direction I never thought I would end up in. If any of you would like to know please PM me. I am still trying to hobby, but it's not been easy, in fact there has been nothing HARD coming my way all month. And no I wasn't busted or anything like that! But it is quite personal so I don't want to post it here. I need company BAD!

Someone should take pity on me and get me a grinder, a nice grinder, the kind of grinder that smooths it out nicely. Not to big, not to small.

Because if not, I may never have another decent cup of coffee EVER again!

There is a silver lining to all this upheaval. I started Atkins on Monday and should slip into ketosis pretty quick. My breakfast was 2 of those hot sausages from QT, a whole yellow be pepper w/2 TBS of sour cream, DECAF coffee with a smudge of hazelnut powdered creamer.

Anybody like cream??? I like cream, all kinds of cream! Whipped cream, heavy cream, light cream and of course powdered cream when no other cream is around.

I hope everyone gets their daily dose of cream today! Giggles

Day 3 of no coffee for me.... I discovered when taken with my nerve pills, it makes me sick. Not cool. But I think I'm dieing without coffee! Hot tea is no substitute! So RL, yeah I am out of the godiva coffee, but unfortunately I don't have much opportunity to drink it right now. Sucky!

One hundred and sixty eight seconds of silence. I remember the day and how I cried. I also remember the day the space shuttle blew up, again I cried. 9/11 im sure everyone at lesst got teary eyed at the magnitude of of ir all. I'm not a crier per se.

I've often thought about how desensitized we've all become to the horric violences in today's world. I think in ways it has made me colder and all I can think is why??? Why has the world become this way?

Yep, take one hundred and sixty eight seconds of silence to today to remember the 168 lost souls and the why.
