San Antonio's 2021 "MardiGraciASS!"
Tuesday, February 16th
3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (may even a bit later)

Reservations are required by 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14.

Bring some "Mardi Gras" items and help
continue the 2021 meet & greet plans.

Seasonal holiday costumes are always optional.

Dress for the appropriate weather outdoors, and indoors; nothing too sexy please.

-- always carry your state issued ID, just in case.
-- please respect venue masking rules (you stand, you mask)
-- no outing of any one's attendance except your own
-- no outing our venues, please
-- no "pass along" invites -- everyone needs clearance from ck1942
-- the event starts at 3:30 pm and ends at 6:30 pm unless extended
-- guests are expected to spend at least 30-45 minutes attending
-- if you pledge to attend, please do; if not, let the host know as early as possible to free up a space for someone on the "stand by" list
-- be generous please in tipping the wait staff

Have invitations gone out?

The pre-invitation process is in progress.

Due to venue space and body number limitations ... and the need to allow for some "rotation" of the full list of invitees,

There are "primary" list members who almost always get more than a pre-invite and

There are "secondary" list members (aka, fill-ins some of the time) and

There are "covid-wary" members who get a "notice, but no invite at this time" message and

Certain visiting companions (and new resident companions) who are given courtesy notices or full invites if they have been vouched in by a social committee hobbyist or a few allotted a "reserved" space just in case...

and probably a bunch of others too minimal to categorize above.

Back we had the venue capacity to host 100+ attendance events ... perhaps once again sometime in the not so distant future....

No surprise, but considering the deep freeze the event has been postponed to a date to be announced and a date free of icy roads with uninterrupted power.
