Boudoir photography is really tough. Bad enough to have to deal with a model let alone setting props and whatnot. (I once had to have charcoal lighter on hand to get the fireplace shots looking right!)
Good luck to you. The best you can ever hope for is dealing with someone that can play to the camera and be a Collaborator.
