Do a bing search for Brothel in Amsterdam, there are many. Service is below the providers here though. However it's entirely legal so it's real easy to find. There are also numerous agencies though they tend to be fairly expensive. Expect to pay 250-400 Euros for an hour. There are also some fairly good guides, as the menu is part of the up front negotiation.

The red light district is worth seeing as a tourist, but the service tends to be low, again negotiate exactly what you want in advance along with the time.
