California about to fall into the ocean?

    14 earthquakes in last few days including a 6.5 and a 7.

The 6.5 shook the casino I was in in Vegas.

I was raised in the desert triangle of California/Arizona/Mexico and went through several quakes. (Area residents joked that we were in the "Shake 'n Bake" pan during the egg-sizzling-on-a-sidewalk summer tremblers.) Always expected to have beachfront property someday.

Spooky feeling when the earth literally moves. During a 7.2 many years back, things were shooting out of cabinets, and I was spilled out of the tub. My family slept outdoors for days, and took weeks before our dog at the time would go inside again.

I lived in Alaska for several years. Always worried about quakes. I’d rather deal with tornadoes and hurricanes. At least with them you know they’re coming and you can skeedaddle or hunker down.

IT will happen, we just need to wait about 20 million years, but I doubt that mankind will still be here to see it.

You would be better off looking closer to the Nevada Stae line … will only take 20 to 30 Millio years, then you will be on the beach with a house worth Millions
