I am finding that we should have some clarification of the "Golden" part.
It seems those that treat it as Pyrite still pan this site.

I currently am searching for what the OP asked for. If something has been done about it since he first posted and my response, please supply a link.

I have done a search on : TOS, "Terms of Service", Rules, "Guide Line Rules" and nothing shows up.
