    Thinking of Austin as my next STOP

    Most these days tend to stay a little north, 2 areas mainly called the Arboretum and The Domain
    Many hotels and options as well as Airbnb's inside these shopping/living districts as well as
    easy access from major highways for clients to make their way to you
    Some choose downtown but more east of downtown if Airbnb's as parking and traffic can be an issue
