I have no idea how common that is, but I have seen a small number of providers list it as an option. Some say they are on PrEP meds. I may get flamed for this, but when I see an ad listing BBFS as an option, I always wonder if that person is infected, so no longer concerned about being safe. I hope that's not the case, but there is no way to know.

Even if there was a vaccine for HIV, there's still Hep C, HPV, Herpes, and drug-resistant strains of syphilis and chlamydia. Gonorrhea wouldn't be much fun either, and there may be drug resistant strains of it in the future. The cost of treatmentfor some of these could be substantial - especially if it will require treatment for the rest of your life.

Everyone should get vaccinated for Hepatitis A & B, and if in the age range for HPV as well. Should also get tested,and play safe.

If you want said service, see providers that offer it. That simple!

I agree don't let a few bad apples spoil your trip. I still till this day will receive request for bbfs and even face pics. It's annoying but it will happen from time to time then you meet the real gems that will spoil you rotten.

Exactly, this is why I stick with SBs. I provide a current full panel test with my valid i.d. As I request they do too. No condoms required. I have yet to have any issues.

I would not agree to sex with a complete stranger without it.

Also, there are now many providers who advertise BBFS. There are also girls who allow bbfs with regs. This is very common. With current testing and meds. It is ez to ensure safe fun sex.

If yall are getting offended by this request. I suggest move into another field. This has and will always be part of this. I have been on these boards since 1999 starting with ASPD. This is like the 1,000th post about it. Bitching is not going to change anything.

Good, I did not think you were offended. I do agree some guys just are morons. They have NOT been tested yet ask for bb.
For me I get tested with every new SB I start seeing and after. So far the past 18 months I have been tested 8 times. My last one June 8th.

To me it shows a lack of respect ..particularly if you as a provider put your nos in the signature. You’ve clearly stated your boundaries up front and they’re trying to push them…AND/OR they don’t read, just see your pictures and quickly contact you. Kimmy; it’s also odd how these things come in spurts…you mention several guys in a short time span requesting this. Same with…several guys in a short time span requesting an appointment at the exact same time. Guys …read the ad thoroughly contacting the provider! All of the information should be in there and most likely is!! There are a few ambiguous providers who put…text for details. The majority of us spell out everything clearly in ads so that there are no surprises!!

Lol I don't even get many requests for it anymore. I don't know if you advertise SS but some folks (myself included) consider it the same as BBFS and so they see it as an invite. There's also ladies who say they don't, but they do. That measly extra couple 100 is not worth risking catching something I could potentially never get rid of, not to mention he's not gonna pay my bills for the 2 weeks I'm out of work if it's something treatable, etc.

If they're asking you, they're asking other girls. And if a lady is saying yes, she's saying yes to others too. You are NEVER the only one. You have to admit there's some inconsistency amongst providers about fear of stds. I get the concern about bbfs, but you never hear concerns about bare DATY. Viruses can easily be transmitted during this act, but rarely do you see a provider insisting on a dental dam being used for DATY. If we were being 100% safe, we would use full body condoms like they did in one of the Naked Gun movies!
