Happy Birthday to the original SexcTexan!

I have had the honor and pleasure to know SexcTexan for over a decade. I consider her a great friend and a wonderful part of our Central Texas hobby family.

Yes, I said family.

I was so pleased to see such a great turnout to celebrate the birthday of one of our true Central Texas Adorables.

I was overwhelmed at the outpouring of love, care, concern, comradery, friendship, fellowship and fun demonstrated last night. I was especially and pleasantly surprised to see over 35 of our hobby family friends gather from 6 pm until after midnight to honor our birthday girl! (Especially given the freezing weather!!!)

People came from as far away as Ft Worth, College Station, San Antonio and Austin – for a party that was only pulled together in less than one day. That speaks volumes to the love we have for SexcTexan and to the true sense of community built here over the last 10 years.
