Just do a search on "newbie friendly". Also just select a lovely lady who interests you and ask her. I found a majority are newbie friendly with their methods of screening.
Also in some of the adverts the ladies advise if they are newbie friendly.
My personal recommendation, since she was one of the first who I saw to begin my hobby days, is Vikkilyn. Also just a quick glance Roksana is newbie friendly and Britttany Love is with alternate screening. You really cannot go wrong with those three! Enjoy!

It's a good point, but kind of counterintuitive to me since "newbie friendly" would seem to include vouching for you on the site. Otherwise, how friendly can she be? It involves one email on her part to ck.
