i say this because, everyone,including the OP has responded with the premise that negotiable can ONLY mean/indicate paying LESS.
my point is that BY DEFINITION it can ALSO mean/indicate paying MORE. for example: A provider/companion has her donations listed in an ad or on her page. it has a donation for a hhr. for an hr. for 2 hrs and for dbls. so what if i reach out to her and say "hey DM, i see you are in houston. i am in dfw so if i paid for you to fly here to see me for the wknd, would you be interested?" and if she says yes? well that type of session isnt listed on her page/ad so i am assuming that some negotiating has to occur.
