I'll will keep the names. private to protect the guilty. My journey began 9 years ago after the divorce of my wife. The first 2 providers I contacted were no shows and I felt this was an extremely bad idea. I settled on another provider who turned out to be a wonderful lady. She taught me many things about the hobby and she is still one of my best friends. I have had some really good experiences meeting ladies of diverse backgrounds and interested. I have also had terrifying times that involved blackmail, extreme jealously and robbery. I thought that had ceased 9 years. I took about a 5 year hiatus. When I came back I only saw one provider, my favorite in North Carolina. She taught me a lot more about hobbying. She is a sweet lady and a tremendous friend.

I took another break for 3 years and have returned. So far the experience has been less than satisfactory. I started with the usual TER registries but the closed shortly due to government intervention. This has left local blogs and this site. I appreciate this site since it offers a registry, reviews and blogs. The hobbying lately has been unsatisfactory. The last provider I was with was wonderful and I have written a good review for her. Before her, the experience was difficult. Again, I was been exposed to threats, blackmail and backcharges well beyond the published rates which were never discussed. There seems to be a general lack of privacy with providers that has caused me some grief. I understand the need for references and discussions to promote safety but this is gossip and harmful. Though automatic bank transfers make the meeting easier and I prefer it to white envelopes, it has its own problems. I understand it may become difficult to electronically transfer money due to FOSTA. Recent experiences have caused me to doubt I will ever transfer the full amount of the session before I arrive at the appointment to ensure services as well as time are rendered. Not just empty promises.

I find the 2 reference system on this site cumbersome but absolutely necessary. I also understand verification does not equal a good reference. I believe the provider's safety extremely important and I am willing to comply with the provider's requirements. I look forward to some of the meet and greet sessions I have read about. My last provider was a darling girl and I hope to see her again soon.

I started with John who had, at the time, his little agency going called Amazing Escorts................... I also used the paper BP ads to check out the scene...... That's when the paper version of BP was actually helpful before it turned into the horrid online BP we all learned to hate........ LOL........ I've been to all the Amps...... realized I wasn't an Asian fan so i stopped going..... Visited the dreaded 5806 Studio .......

Over the years I've learned a lot and now I continue to review with pics so gents can get a better view of the ladies they are about to indulge in which I wish we had back then............... I've met so many people in the Sex industry and made many connections..... It's been and still is a fun ride..........

I stay single so this lifestyle is definitely for me..............

With the new laws coming.................... who knows where it goes from here........... All I do know is that if there is a will.............. there is a way.......................... The Hobby will continue....................

Mine also started back in the ASPD days. I think it was from browsing thru BP ads, I kept seeing "ASPD verified", so I checked it out, and became a member.
My story is probably similar to others, ex had an affair, I stayed for kids, she quit putting out, so I had to look elsewhere. Damn glad I did. I solved that problem by divorcing her, and moving on.

I"ve met a lot of good people, and a lot of good providers. I've gone to many "functions" back in the day.

I've met Fancy, CK at functions. Melina was my regular in San Antonio. I met her thru a function CK let me come to while I was traveling.

OP mentioned MSB, the ASPD guys will know who this is. I was too new, young, nervous in the hobbying business to appreciate my session with her. If I ever wanted a do over, it would be with her.

We all have our reasons for being here. Lets appreciate, and respect one another.

    Shout outs!!
    Best session ever Carlisle, Estrella
    ATF Melina, San Antonio
Sexiest Kurrin, Mrs Robinson, San Antonio
Love that ass Luna. Been to that house on Ella
What ever happened w June in SE Texas? I missed out on that one

    Thanks all,
    Happy Hobbying,

'13. i was sweating it out on BP, fighting through lousy service and rob **** just to get to a few gems. then stumbled across Eccie and Miss_Daisey's showcase. booked her-effin goddess-she popped my hobby cherry, i wrote a (disasterous) review that still went viral, and the rest, as they say, is history..

Started in 2013 with BP, then found eccie and P411. Some good, some bad. So at the risk of sounding naive, what changes? Are the Sesta/Fosra laws not in full effect yet?

Apparently they go into effect after the first of the year.
What changes? No one really knows yet. The most drastic changes have been some sites shutting down and CL personals going away.

Eccie seems to have already rolled back some of their preemptive changes. When they first came back up you couldn't see old reviews and I think donations were unmentionable. Now you can see old reviews with donations and new reviews can have the donation stated in the BCD I believe.

P411 has already done away with the bio section in a providers profile and some of the menu items making it look more like a hookup site than a P4P site although the donation amount is still there for the time being. The available now ads will go away as will the booking option through the site. You'll still be able to PM. I think on both sites the links to outside sites will probably eventually go away. The sites will probably eventually have to have a sterile hookup site feel to have any chance of remaining. No mention of P4P, no agency mentions(my guess). P411 has stated that they are looking to scale back just because of the time it takes to administer the site. There may be some truth to that but I think they are more scared of what might be coming and the work involved to stay a step ahead. Being based offshore adds some protection but it also adds a layer of complexity.

But all this has to be proven. Investigations have to be done, indictments handed down, arrests, trials, convictions and appeals. All of that only happens if local LE feels it's justified and at any point the law can be turned on it's ear if the right judge or jury wants to nullify it or really good lawyers can find the holes. I mentioned somewhere else how this will have to play out and with Houston flipping blue all the way down the line from top LEO to judges they may not be willing to devote the resources to enforcing it. Houston was already a sanctuary city to some degree but I'm sure that will increase. I'm not sure how you reconcile enforcing Sesta/Fosta to the extent it was intended along with being a sanctuary city. Sure the FBI can step in and do their thing on big cases but if they aren't getting local cooperation it makes things much more difficult for them.

Add now the passing of Prop 2 and the city is talking about huge layoffs in police force. Resources will be even more limited and they aren't going to have a lot of additional people available to infiltrate these sites and build a case for months on end especially if the DA doesn't accept the charges or the judges don't sentence the convictions harshly enough. LE will just throw their hands up and go for low hanging fruit like they always have with an occasional hotel sting or spa bust just to make headlines and keep the moral majority satisfied. Once some of this plays out I think the sites will be able to adjust accordingly but in the mean time, a couple years at least, we'll be a little more UTR than we were a couple of years ago.

IMHO trafficking is fucked up. The way it is dealt with is even more fucked up. Operation Cross Country was initiated in 2003. Read this article written about it written in 2015 which details how fucked up it really is. https://freedomnetworkusa.org/app/up..._-HuffPost.pdf
Relatively few actual trafficking victims have been rescued but many more independent sex workers and clients have been victimized and had their lives ruined. You don't hear about what happens to the people after a bust just that there was a bust and then the politicians start spewing their shit about how many people were saved. Fake News!...
If you want to get to the bottom of it just google something along the lines of "sex trafficking houston" and see what pops up. A page full of non profits who are as concerned with their own self preservation through donations and building assets as they are with actually rescuing victims. As always, follow the money... Sorry, rant over.
