Not trying to severely offend people with my jokes

    Truly.
maybe pick some fun. Some may not b so funny. U should see the ones about baby?s and dumpsters I?ve read and haven?t posted Hahahahaha
    not funny, sorry.
Take them with a grain of salt. Contacting me to say I?m awful and I just lost a client because of a joke is Kinda weird and sad. Because did I truly lose a client when I?ve never met u before? Hahahahaahah
    normally receive pretty positive feedback
so again, my apologies. Feel better? Lolol I do!

Billy, there are people just looking for confrontation because they have a miserable life and can’t stand to see someone who just might enjoy life and have some happiness.

Just ignore them and continue being who you are. Personally, I feel sorry for them.

What was the joke? Did you post it here?

Anyway, as a person who loves making people laugh, I've found that if you joke about offensive material and people get upset with you, it's because it wasn't a funny joke and has little to do with the subject material itself. I truly believe you CAN joke about anything...you just have to be funny

I'd be more upset about that lol.

If you do make offensive jokes, you can't be surprised people don't like them...but you can win those people over by being funny and clever. That's the whole point...otherwise you're just an edgelord

I don?t make these jokes. I personally like the crude ones. I don?t mind people having differing opinions. That?s fine and dandy lol
    it was:
what do u call a Down syndrome kid getting stoned?
    a baked potato
    or something like that
Lolol I smirked and scoffed when I read it.
Even said that?s a little fucked up in my post. I acknowledge when it?s messed up but nonetheless I think it?s funny hahahaha
hhst figured I?d write a post in the discussion board to halfway apologize when someone got offended.although I thought it was slightly unhinged as to how the individual had handled themselves. That?s all (ू?ᴗ?ू❁)

Although, I mostly thought the joke was irrelevant because I don?t think there?s any Down syndrome children getting high hahahahahaha

I thought it was funny, and in general I think your joke posts set you apart. I wouldn't stop what your doing. I am more surprised anyone in the hobby would take offense.

Yeah sorry I wouldn't even consider that in the realm of jokes. But would I go out of my way to privately message you to let you know I wouldn't be seeing you? No. Are there some jokes about mentally challenged people that are funny, yes, but that's just not one of them in my opinion. But like you said, opinions may vary on what's actually funny.

I'm not easily offended, and the joke didn't offend me. But that being said, I didn't think it was funny, either. Generally speaking, the butt of a joke should never be a member of a marginalized group of people. Punching down is never funny, but punching up often can be. That's basically how it works. Poke fun at wealthy people, especially if they're mean, which they usually are. Make fun of bullies, especially if they're stupid and insensitive, which they always are by definition. But don't make fun of disadvantaged people, like the poor for being poor, someone with a birth defect, disabled people, etc.

Billy, tell the jokes you think are funny. There will always be those who won?t appreciate your sense of humor.

There are no rules governing humor. The world is full of professional comedians who tell offensive jokes.

    Case in point.

I look forward to seeing you next week and sharing jokes.

I once got a warning for mentioning Bam Bam from the Flintstones.
    Citing the reference to chi!dr@n.
    A) it's a cartoon, not a person
    B) technically, he would actually be about 250thousand years old.
