    How to regain access to cash app?

    Long story short. My friend got his phone and card stolen. It had his cash app information. He does not remember his pin cause he changed it the day it got stolen. Any way to reaccess his cash app account he has tried resetting and does not get the email since his phone had his email. Anyone know a work around. Or can he call support and send pics of his social and new id to reset it?

    just contact cash app support.
    i would imagine that if he had a police report identifier/#, that might help convince cash app folks.
