A side note is that giving the provider's phone number only is not enough. Personally, I cannot trust if the number given is hers. I prefer her handle and her link on the website. Then I get the email that she posts. And it is true....it is time consuming to search for a provider's information by just her handle. Sometimes I don't bother.

Last week someone sent me an email. The header said "I want to make an appointment with you." I opened up the email and it was just a phone number. Long story short, I fought my impulse to ignore the email and wrote back. Maybe he is just crazy nervous, I thought to myself.
