Search for the terms "newbie" and "newbies." Avoid ads that say "no newbies." Pursue those that say "newbie friendly." Or just look at all ads and try your luck with any that don't specifically say "no newbies." Many ladies aren't concerned about your status as long as you don't act dumb with your communications.
Don't offer money for sex.. that's illegal. We pay for their time, like a lawyer or accountant.
Text the ladies with your name, handle, age and race.. tell them you would like to visit.
Most will not reply, or reply hours or days later. Cast a wide net.
When you get a reply, don't let it go cold.. this is not a "business" that is available at your convenience. If she's answering you, now is the time. Not later.
A proper communication goes like this:
"Hi, I'm Cris, (insert age and ethnicity). Are you available for (incall or outcall)?"
