    Meditation and Mental Health

One of my meditation lessons today was on how to handle rejection. Nice lesson. I could have used that earlier this year.

I’ve been meditating for the past two years, and it’s done wonders for my mental health. I highly recommend it.

    I am okay.

I am an expert in handling rejection, but did not realize meditation could be of help. Thanks for the insight.

James, I started doing meditation about 4 months ago to help with a number of issues. I swear by it now.

As you proceed through life, following your own path, birds will shit on you. Dont bother to brush it off. Getting a comedic view of your situation gives you spiritual distance. Having a sense of humor saves you.
