Change your number. Don’t post the new one. Have people contact you via PM first. Once you screen them, give them the number and ask that they don’t post it in any review. It’s a bit of a pain, but that appears to be the best way to cut down on knuckleheads making anonymous contact.

Great advice given, but if you just don’t want to change numbers, best thing to do is nothing. Don’t respond in any manner. That’s what he wants. He will eventually get bored or fixated on the his next target. Sure you want to vent to him, but don’t. That’s what he wants. Best of luck.
