seriously, there is NO rule, guideline, procedure that any provider HAS to follow.
so, you have some that are top-notch from initial contact to "thanks, hope you cum back".
and you have some that wouldnt know a 2 dollar bill if it was handed to them.
end result is sometime it works, sometime it doesnt.
adapt or die.
btw, providers slowly responding, not respondint, suxing, -and- the lack of diversity dont seem to be in the same category of things to vent about.

I'm sorry you're having a bad experience. One thing I can tell you is...your status is "Not Verified." That's like a red flag to many providers here. My advice, if you're a serious hobbyist, is to get verified and meet at least one very reputable provider to get your foot (or other body part) through the door. Good luck!
