Having recently entered into a long-term relationship and in the process of buying a house built for entertaining, large with pool and hot tub, we thought we might like to hold a social every month of so. One idea was a poker tourney (Texas Hold'em). This would be a couples event. Bring an open-minded GF or BF (in the case of the ladies) or SO, or you can always bring a provider (oops, here they're known as companions). The buy-in would be for a couple. Each couple would have a chair at the table. How you decide who plays is up to the couple. You could even switch off. If there are open seats, then a second person of a couple could purchase chips and enter. This would be by invitation only and full details would be given only after screening. The location is out west, north of Westpark Toll and south of Katy Mills Mall.
This is just a feeler to if there would be interest in this type of social. Thoughts please.
