From my experience most of it is coming from the board regular "Monger" who all of a sudden thinks we're desperate for money, and can manipulate us into acts we would have never considered before. These guys are the most opportunistic and vile and always have been and now they think they're empowered. Which is hilarious because demand hasn't diminished a bit, but we sure have lost a lot of reputable providers. And yes, we have absorbed a lot of Craigslist and BP guys, but generally if they had the astuteness to seek and join an established board when those sites went down, they are looking to be real clients and are putting in the time to learn the ropes. They may ask silly questions or be generally more time consuming to deal with but again, that's more like a growing pain then the mongers who are avaricious. Probably 2/3 of the names on my DNS are names almost everyone here would easily recognize.

This isn't a matter of opinion. "Clearly stating publicly a position" is just that- CLEARLY STATING. If we clearly state something, we mean it. Assuming we might not mean what we said is rude. It's probably not. It's like when someone gets pissed at something random that happened to them in real life and then they go on Facebook to tell the world about it (e.g. I can't believe these men these days are so [insert generalization here]!!!!" There will probably be another bbfs post in September. In my field, I also have clients and they always ask dumbass questions that I already put the answers to on the website. It's just part of any job that has clients especially if there's instructions that have to be read. It annoys me, but I just move on. It's probably moreso in escorting because it's an illegal profession though and there are a lot of shady clients. Seems to make more sense to just block people but whatever.

That's what I figured, sorry people thought you were simple. I've found that talk text is more trouble than it's worth. When I'm road warrioring, it's better to just regular text for just this reason. Plus it encourages you to stay on point and be more concise. I don't find people asking for BBFS is disrespectful. Your resistance to the matter, the non-acceptance, the anger and offense of the ego- that's the problem. Example, I'm a no AA girl. My ad says "No blacks. No exceptions. Ever.' I had to write that because AA didn't seem to register and they still keep on trying, which pisses me off. I get pissed off when ppl contact me without having read my showcase, or turned off and triggered when ppl call me at 3am. Not because I don't have the ringer off, but because my ad says not to. So I find that disrespectful. But they aren't TRYING to be jackasses. They're just innocently (all be it stupidly sometimes) asking. I have to deal with my triggers just like anybody. And when I'm not in that Zen Master state, it usually always comes out in the form of hanging up in people's faces and blocking them immediately. And I justify that's ok because they weren't smart enough to follow simple directions, so hey, I'm better off. But it's ego justifying. Rightness doesn't need to vent. It's firm and absolute and it doesn't harm anyone. So even though I have hung up on half the city, my ego still justifies why I don't owe any apologies for being rude. And for that, I know I'm wrong. If my business suffers because I block half the town, then ok, I have my self respect. I leave a lot of money on the table by refusing anyone over 60, or with ED, or black, or drunk, or low vibe or just plain stupid. And i'm okay with it because I keep seeing that business is good despite my jaded attitude. If your business is struggling, and everyone seems to want BBFS, then consider nicely asking the BBFS providers what they do to keep safe. OR see this as an opportunity to develop some new skills so that you can get out. Move on to bigger and better things.
