Ok so I can not get OH2 to load on my phone it gives me a thing about the IP address. IDK how to fix it but it's a pain. The only want I am able to get on here is when I am home and have access to my laptop. This makes it hard when I get emails and am trying to verify and set stuff up. I have no issues with Eccie. I think it tries to explain how to fix it but I am not tech savy. Is there anyone who can dumb it down for me or help me fix it so I can access this site from my phone?

Sorry for the issues.
The fact of the matter is that when you use a "hide my IP" setting (sometimes called "private") on your cell phone browser you are very likely using an IP setting that has been identified as one used by scammers, jammers and spammers -- and not just on ourhome2!
Change your phone browser setting to "open" or "not private" and the IP will be identified as a cell phone carrier IP and likely not be blocked at OH2.

Try it on your phone without it being on WiFi. It should work on the normal LTE mode on your phone

I am not too familiar with Android but Try installing the Google Search App on your phone and then try to get on the website by searching Ourhome2. It may bypass whatever setting is blocking you.
My phone is doing the same thing. But, if you go through a history post/ view, it connects. Strange

I was able to fix it yesterday. The browser the phone was using was causing the issue. Using chrome the site resolved with no problem.
