Sending things to friends in lock up.?.?

Got a friend that's gonna be on the inside for a bit longer. I thought maybe it'd be cool to send her a little something. But when I look online at these "dallascountypackages" it's all kinda dumb stuff. Like I don't wanna send her coffee creamer powder, chilie and lime flavored ramen and deodorant. I'd be more interested in, shit idk, peanut m&m's, Dr Pepper and body lotion. Anyone got experience with this sorta thing here in Dallas? Any other resources to send someone a small token of support?

Was there a main website in which you did that on? Or did you contact the jail directly? I'm looking Dallas County, but they may use the same resources, worth a look....

IDK about Dallas County specifically.
JPay is gonna be her most immediate best friend.
Than there is the online commissary. I know for Bexar county there was a ripoff one.
But when it comes to state, it is cheaper.
They'll be asking for alot of books, so Amazon will be able to deliver for you.

Last Christmas I put a few dollars (like 20) on the books of everyone I knew who was locked up. ( no providers or clients. Just RW friends who couldn't keep out of trouble lol.)

Then they can use it for phone calls, buy their favorite snacks, or get what they need.
