Bdworx doesn’t explicitly say what service you get for “rub”, “more”, “even more” for legal reasons. If you want to assume that means L1, L2, L3 then I don’t have evidence to the contrary. My example illustrates that it might not be an explicit guarantee. There is a risk, but so far they haven’t disappointed.

For the rates posted in the order on rubratings its is L1, L2, L3
L1 is exclusively a rub and tug fvmt
Before the session they may ask you what you are looking for and you pay accordingly. So you may want to indicate that
However if your session ends up being a L3 which might happen they will ask you for remaining $.
I have never left their place dissapointed
