I’m genuinely interested in getting a conversation started with my doctor and getting the little blue pill. For those that use it, I’m more curious about cutting down the refractory time. Do you notice a measurable decrease in time between shots? How about any difference in stiffness or sensitivity? Any advice (guys and gals) would be greatly appreciated.
Cialis is much better for me and everyone I've talked to about it. It lasts 36 hours!

Doing research, asking for personal experiences, anecdotes, etc. is good, I’m not knocking it at all, but I want to point out that this stuff varies by individuals! If you need the pill, work with your physician and learn the effects on your own body through trial and error.
That said, I use sildenafil. 50mg currently does it for me, so to be frugal I get Rx for 100mg pills and cut them in half.
Good to go in 30 minutes for me when taken on an empty stomach with plenty of water. Boners tend to come easily for me within an hour after orgasm and the effect lasts often for about 24 hours (I mean the ability to get fully aroused). How hard can I get? Depends on the stimulus … WALDT … though often, the sensitivity of lil man is not what it was when as a teenager it was all natural!

Everyone is different. Arousal level is important as it is not take a pill and instant bones. You should talk with a urologist and they may have you try one or two of the oral meds. Also be aware of the side effects. Stuffy nose, headaches, potential vision effects on higher doses.
