It is basically an opinion piece, NOT a news source that sites exactly where the data is being gathered or specifically from whom. I pointed it all out in my earlier post. I honestly didn't read the whole piece, I just looked at the data. Now having gone back and read it - what the actual fuck are you talking about? The Hill is fairly bipartisan (albeit slight left-leaning as is most of DC) and I can't tell what you picked out in that article that is propaganda. The article explicitly states the data from the poll and then what each side believes. One sample:

Being Verified on any site as a Provider or Hobbyist is never a guarantee for anything. Just accept that THE TEXAS LAW will continue to change and do your personal best to have your own back. Instead of relying on other Providers for references or other Guys promoting their stable for the "okay". I love being asked for a reference, I always say "yes" (if I reply) although I have no clue who the girl is asking about. She should learn to do her own screening.

Yep. I stopped accepting references 5 years ago. It's not my duty to hold people's hands and do their job of screening. This is not my job, I look out for myself and have for years. No regrets.

I won't be seeing any provider who doesn't have her current rates posted on her ads. If her rates are not up to date im only bring with me what's posted. Additionally if a provider ask for the money upfront, deposits, or mentions sexual acts via text, communication will end with a block. If a provider asks for money at the time of the session I will leave immediately. Additionally any effort to take the money out of my hand will also end the session. If any of this is a deal breaker ladies please let me know so i don't waste my time setting an appointment. As much as I love spending time with beautiful ladies your pussy aint worth catching a felony and these steps are going in place for my safety.

Yep, the minute you send any type of DEPOSIT (even $1) you have paid for sex in the eyes of the law because, "A Transaction Has Occurred".

I know for a fact that many people don't screen. Say you go to an apartment (y'all know damn well many on here have already been raided and busted and still operating the same way) and ****** #1 only screened by reference check (Or their Pimp/Handler). Welllll guess what? That guy is LE (Verified on Every Board and has been collecting okays to get into certain places to collect information AND is Bilingual) and now every ****** and guy that's fucking in the other room is getting arrested. This law change has people acting like this hasn't always been illegal. I never wanted the misdemeanor. I'll still do what I do. The law is the same, the penalties changed.

Uhhhh, huge difference between a felony and a misdemeanor charge especially with Hobbyist & providers that have real world jobs in the government sector. A 7 year probation period would pass before they could (possibly) get a job in certain fields if they didn't get into any more illegal activities.
Men and women having College degrees would lose all that work & money over a felony charge.
No way in hell I would recover from a felony charge and expect to get a excellent job

Yup. Coupla things to remember...arrests are free. DA has to prove the elements beyond a reasonable doubt. You have to pay a lawyer thousands to create a reasonable doubt.
