Given the recent impossibility of booking with decent indie providers same day, I thought I would give this a try. Big mistake. I texted to just to set up an appointment with Sally at a set time, which was politely confirmed; and then 10 minutes later they started blowing up my phone with calls and texts (for example, asking for refs … at an AMP?!)

I think it may be time to retire once and for all.
