Hawaii Roll Call

I know there's another thread for a general "roll call" for those who have migrated over from ASPD but I wanted to post a specific roll call for ladies and gentlemen living in Hawaii -- any island -- so we can see how many of us there are!

Or maybe I really am all alone . . . .
