My Dad admired and respected women in this industry. My Mother was grateful for the break (I'm the youngest of SEVEN kids) but she had very little respect for the other women Dad screwed around with.
They didn't hide stuff from us. What they did try to hide, they didn't do a very good job of it. LOL
"Go see your W***E and leave me alone!" was often heard. I asked my mom what the word meant once.
She said she was just talking about Daddy's friends out at the Chicken Ranch.
So for a while when I was a kid, I thought the "W" word was a type of farmer.
