If a police officer stops you, is it better not to blow if you think you are over .08% BAC?

Keep a bottle in the car.

While the cop is running your license. Hold your keys out the window. Shake the keys for camera. Drop keys on ground.

    Step out of car.

    Turn bottle up.

    Chug until officer tackles you.

The keys weren't in the ignition as proved by the cops dash cam.

Claim you didn't get drunk until during the traffic stop.

    Post bond.

Get your car out of impound.

    Attend your court dates.

Make them prove you were drunk before you turned that bottle up on police dash cam.

Accept your public intoxication charge and, pay the fine.
