Ummmm....ECCIE returning???

Soooooo yeah...I was doing some digging into some old reviews using the technique I posted about before and noticed that the pages were loading with a lot more detail than they normally do. When I went to normal eccie.net URL the login page popped up. When I put in my old login it worked and a page with this message popped up:
