Relax had a verification process during eccie days. Whoever got verified during those times, still can avail their services. I have contacted them few times after eccie shutdown when i was looking for specific providers. I guess they haven't ironed out a process yet for the new situation.

I had got myself screened through eccie. Now, they don't respond to my email and text messages.

Contacted BARBIE'S DOLLS. Asked me to text them. Then they don't respond to the text messages and PMs.

Looks like they have enough customers already and don't need more.

Allright, now that eccie is back, Relax is taking new members. Check out their verification process which they have spelled out on Eccie.

Was it a complete reboot, or all the old info is still around?

Yes eccie is back and you'll need to go there and search them and follow the instructions, I actually asked for a friend (I am acurrent "member" of relax) wondering why I can not read the whole review, some I can see all but others not.
