Look to the left of your post. It says Verified Companion. If you are looking on a phone, I'm not sure if it works the same. Another place to check would be...look for "My Profile" and go there.

My understanding is that reviews are not discouraged, but not necessary.

My understanding is that hobbyists and providers need to get re-vouched every now and then.
