There was a new law passed (I haven't read it) that may make the operators of a site liable for the actions of those who misuse the site for the purposes of sexual services. (Or something like that, like I said... Didn't read it)

Long term, someone will be the test case and it will be found unconstitutional.

I ran a Usenet server in '99 and a similar law was passed. Back then techies had the balls to say it was BS. Now nobody cares about liberty anymore, so nobody is pushing back.
