Those websites are helpful to some degree but my main concern is getting one in a safe area and they don't have that information. The hotel could be newly renovated and lovely but the surrounding area is a concern.
It gives you the exact address you can then Google map for a review of the area. It will show you what's around and if it's hood. This is how Real Estate agents judge as well.
