    Being towed during a visit

I have recently had this happened to me on an outcall, which the guy specified that it was totally ok to park wherever. Ladies have this ever happened to you before and do you believe that the guy should be held accountable? Guys have this ever had this happened to you and should the provider be held accountable?

Park where ever is probably a figure of speech that means in an open guest spot connected to an apartment, hotel/motel, office building, etc But if someone doesn't read the signs & parks in a handicap spot, privately owned spot that has a posted sign, any area that has a posted sign for specific parking is the fault of the Driver for not reading, many times you can't find parking depending on location, so you park where ever you can

unfortunately, no he shouldn't be held accountable
(unless he told you it was ok to park in that specific area, then yeah)

I parked one time in the parking lot of a business next door to the apartment complex where my date lived. She said it was ok, but when I returned to the car the business owner put a letter on my windshield advising me not to park there again. I was grateful for the warning.

I would not hold anyone else accountable for decisions I make.

If he told you specifically to park there, than yes he should be held accountable

He specifically told me it’s ok to park anywhere that doesn’t have a reserved number on it

Yes I was grateful for that. Never parked there again. The apartment complex is near the UT campus and parking around that area sucks. The second time I visited there my date suggested I park in the hospital covered parking lot nearby. That worked out fine.

    Sorry that happened to you.

Normally I'd have a snarky comment here, but messing with a person's vehicle isn't at all funny. Simply because through no fault of your own you now have to pay some scummy tow company $200+/- to get your property back. Damn. Just thinking about how much they got you for is making me upset.

You got me to thinking, most rental clauses & condo's have a rule that tenants/owners are responsible for their guest. Hmmmmm

Yeah he should be held accountable. He needs to know FOR SURE where his visitors can park.

I had it happen once in Dallas. I basically spent when I made on the session immediately to get my vehicle. Maybe possibly next time you have an out call if it’s not too far and not too expensive, take an Uber or a Lyft.

Lmao I got towed in Colorado springs yup colorado... my real phn, purse, and that day my dog was with me because I was stopping at a regular house.

I had to call the police. I acted a damn fool didnt know if my car was stolen from his place...
I got my car back. It was a mistaken tow but I will never ride like that again even just to run in real quick smh.

Almost happened to me at a provider’s Apartment. Parked where she told me to. There were no numbers on the spaces or any signs that said reserved. After the session I was walking to my car and saw a guy pointing at my car and a tow truck pulling into the parking lot. Luckily I had time to get in my car and leave. I asked the guy why they were trying to take my car. He said I was supposed to park in the visitor parking area.
I wonder if the provider would have reimbursed me if I got towed? I doubt it.
