Getting traffic

Getting traffic link Upstate NY link {please read link first but post here}

I am on 3 boards. This is one of the 2 that need help with getting more traffic. This is the board I like the most. But do to little or no one posting and starting threads. I only look about every other week. To see most of the time nothing new. Some parts look to be doing ok. Others dead.

So I would like any idea's to bring more traffic to
the whole board
areas that show no use
NYC and mostly Upstate NY(where I live)

Please post anything that would help get more Traffic yet keep the board a nice home as it is.
