just one more remark, those reviews helped the police investigation because they tell too much in the reviews and they don't need a warrant to follow a paper trail of clues.

Cameron, Houma, [Grand Isle], Fourchon, Freshwater City, Morgan City law enforcement agencies may not arrest YOU but they will arrest YOUR property especially your cash. Expect the same along I-95 between FL the DC area. Out of town plates are like emergency transponders sending out electronic flares for cops to seize your property. No warrent, no real suscepion or no probable cause that a crime has been committed in most cases there is not even an arrest. Just a seizure of property on the road, at your home, etc. usually on the mere suspicion that your hard earned cash, sex toys, motor vehicles may be the ill-gotten gains of the drug trade, sex trafficking or human trafficking.

If if one is not aware of their rights one might be persuaded to give a peer to avoid an unlawful arrest think the police is doing a favor by just taking your property and cash the letting you go. It's pay for play but on a much higher level. If you are reading this.....YOU are acceptable collateral damage.

Asset forfeiture abuse is when cops become robbers. Then you have to get a lawyer and get robbed again.....and that's all legal. You don't have to attend a school of law to know that sucks and asset forfeiture laws are in need of reform. How many of you can explain why sex toys are in the trunk; sperm, pussy juice and/or cocaine residue is on your money; or why your kids lunch money is contaminated for that manner.

There is some way off topic and paranoid discussion going on here. We are open to Eccie refugees, but take crazy and fear mongering someplace else!

I don’t need to read between the lines of that Seattle case to know it had to do with sex trafficked Asians, probably minors. The clients arrested were either caught red-handed or were bragging about fucking someone they shouldn’t be. Seattle’s hobby scene is alive and well.

I am on topic with your comment about reviews..
Reviews can be used without you !!the investigations were aided by seeing reviews to conduct investigations that lead police to neighborhoods mentioned in the REVIEWS

Prostitution review websites are a prolific corner of the illicit online sex trade. Major websites, like TnA Review and The Erotic Review, cover nearly every city in the United States; each location has its own local customer reviews and often, escort ads. While these websites operate across the country, not all of these online communities agree to meet in person—something that made the Seattle case especially unique.

The investigation resulted in police raiding several brothels in the wealthy Seattle suburb of Bellevue, and the shutdown of three websites: “The Review Board” and its two Korean-centric offshoots, “The League” and “K-Girl Delights.” Something else unique about this case—the controversial felony charge leveled against several of the website users.

The escort review websites owners were prosecuted and you can't tell me it didn't have anything to do with reviews. Lol

Since it's "your" board, perhaps you should remember the rules. You can't discuss "underage anything." Bone up, counselor.

And how do you call people who joined this board the same year you did an "ECCIE refugee"? And how do you know the origins of people who joined this board?

Sorry, OP. This thread got way off topic. Hopefully you got the answer you wanted.

Follow the money. The generation of revenue rather than the administration of justice is where our society is at. Review and references are needed. However, graphic online reviews are more of a liability than asset in my opinion. I suggest that a review is a potential source of incriminating information and anything beyond verification of TCB skills and customer service is a liability. If that is within your appetite for risk...fine. Law enforcement counter-intelligence exists to collect new and useful information.

Every time a review is produced and obtained by LE It represents a potential source of new and useful information. The more graphic a review is the greater the risk and liability that is created. How useful that information is to LE depends on LE priorities as well as the depth and scope of the LE counter-intelligence program.

Just because a low level sex worker is not the direct target of enforcement efforts now does not mean low level sex workers will be immune to the outcomes or consequences of LE enforcement efforts in the future. As the laws collectively push sex workers out of their comfort zones into more hostile operating environments they will become more susceptable to arrest, being charged and prosecuted. This is a good thing for some lawyers and governmental entities that collect revenue but not necessarily for the sex workers and clients.

For instance, police may use reviews curated in stealth to establish the business cycle of (iconic trends and passing fads) the local ilicit sex industry.....a business forecast. A target list is developed, then raids conducted. If at the time of the raid on a targeted establishment you are just getting a back rub....then good for you. On the other hand, if you balls deep in it with a ladies legs over your shoulder or getting one of my infamous booty meat inspections.....well we can imagine how that ends for the client and the service provider.

I am not advocating fear mongering. I am questioning the need for reviews to be graphic above and beyond verifying a companions skills and competencies. I'm saying that operating a sucessful business even an illicit one requires change management and a cycle of continuous improvement. I am advocating what any business leader should be doing to obtain a competitive advantage.....minimizing threats as well as strategic and operational risks while maximizing strengths and opportunities. The best way to accomplish that is embrace change and make course corrections with forward looking "business forecasts". Learning to use analytical and forecasting software like MiniTab, SAS or STATA can help.

I'm not worrying my pretty little head too much over the opinion of a dude whose signature indicates that he's trying to be in the "fuckbuddy zone" in the hobby. I'm sure that's working out swimmingly for him...

I concur with Doc on the legality, PLUS local prosecutors aren’t too interested in average prostitution: they respond when called by neighbors about street walkers in family areas and sex slaves/trafficking.

Does anyone have experience that counters this observation?
Absolutely they are helpful with truthful aspects. I wouldn't want to waste my time or money going to a persons home that smells like cigarette smoke and dog piss but unfortunately exchanging money for sex is illegal & a review clearly indicates the act. Change the reviews and you would have a favorable result. Omit prices and the acronyms

What is the fuckbuddy zone in the hobby? Seems to me like we're all just friends with benefits. The benefits are just a little different depending on which side of the transaction you're on.

Not to defend anyone who's harshing our buzz, just trying to wrap my head around that assessment.

I speak the truth about intelligent men. The obtuse get blocked and a few get chewed up, spit out when I have the energy.

Intelligent people usually know they are, because it's been measured. And like height, it has its pros and cons.

For example, I'm also tall, and I have a lifelong battle with ceiling fans.
