Keep in mind that ED can also be a symptom of something much worse like heart conditions and untreated high blood pressure. Be safe and see a doctor if you’re having issues. Just food for thought. Be safe, have fun everyone!

My clients who have ED issues use the pump. Externally and some surgically implanted. And it works for them. However, alot of men with ED issues come to me more for connection and touch. Their endgame is not necessarily having a climax and that is very satisfying to them also.

Older men are obviously going be the typical users. Sometimes artery blockage, diabetes, and various other ailments or physiologic anomalies can cause the inability to produce an erection naturally (even with something like Viagra or Cialis). The injection can provide an alternative for those men.

It's a bit odd that he doesn't/didn't orgasm. There is no reason why a man at any age, if he can attain an erection, shouldn't be able to mentally & physically climax. If they can't it's usually serious arterial damage, or diabetic neuropathic anomalies, certain cancers, prostate surgeries, etc... that may cause an inability to "ejaculate" (however, ejaculating is different than orgasm or climax)

Outside of that it's usually something in their mind, causing a condition that's known as Male Orgasmic Disorder. We all have to learn how to orgasm and our body will produce the ejaculate as part of that process.

Some men who masturbated as young teens, or very young adulthood, develop psychological issues such that they can't orgasm/climax with exception to manual hand stimulation or, sometimes, oral stimulation. They may have extreme trouble or find it impossible to climax in the vagina. This is very typically a mental issue and it's believed that it has something to do with conditioning themselves to have this behavior in their youth through excessive or abnormal masturbating (or even the use of devices such that a vagina, for example, doesn't "feel" right).

After hearing the story of your client, I would wonder and even postulate, that maybe he does climax/orgasm. He just cannot produce an ejaculate. Orgasm/climax and ejaculation are two completely separate things. Maybe he had prostate surgery or some form of cancer or has other arterial blockage? Or maybe he produces what is know as a "retrograde ejaculation"? That's a condition where climax occurs but the ejaculation empties into the bladder instead of out the penis. It's not harmful but usually an indication of infertility. Also known as a dry ejaculation.

In that case it wouldn't be strange if he produced little to zero semen; but climax still occurs.

Also, any man who has dry ejaculations on subsequent orgasms but otherwise has normal ejaculations simply has an "empty tank" LOL There is no semen left in the prostate & no sperm in the seminal vesicles. It was all exhausted in the prior ejaculation(s) (usually 1-2 without at least a 30-60min interval). This is why I say it's important to realize that orgasm/climax & ejaculation are two completely separate things. A man can climax or orgasm with zero ejaculate. This is very possible. So maybe he did climax, but didn't ejaculate?
    Thx for this hun!

Yep. I imagine that's very true. I would think a lot of older guys, particularly much older men, would be looking for that female connection but with the sexual intimacy and/or touch. The trouble with many men as they get to a very advanced age is that their declining hormone levels, along with physical ailments, are limiting the ability to have sex but they still desire that intimate touch and connection. This is true even for women after menopause in some cases. Though it's much less pronounced as far as the impact on their psyche b/c women are typically not so wired for physical/sexual touch.

It's an extremely troubling time in an older man's life as he loses the ability to partake in an activity which is so closely tied to and attached to male identity and idea of virility.

My advice, and I would even suggest you ladies speak to your clients about this, would be for any man post age 35, to have their hormone levels checked. Many men will not be on testosterone therapy but they badly need it. At 35 or 40 it's not usually going to be a serious issue, but depending on genetics and certain medicines or illicit drugs (i.e. opiates - which cause T levels to flatline) it will typically be on the decline.

At 50+ though T levels are going to definitely be on serious decline versus an 18-25yr old (depending on genetics, diet, general health). Having low testosterone is absolutely without question the #1 reason for a variety of male issues but most notably the lack of interest AND/OR ability to participate in sex due to inability to get an erection.

Another thing I would advise for older men, or even anyone having issues with ED, is to take a good nitric oxide supplement. Research varies on using NO products but many many many anecdotal reports as well as many smaller studies have shown that it helps to increase overall nitric oxide production. Without the Nitric Oxide pathway you simply cannot get an erection....period. So you want maximum NO production from the endothelial cells in your body.

Best things to suggest to your male clients who may have started to experience, or has had, ED issues:

    1. Check Testosterone levels immediately. Get lab work. Ask doc to put on TRT therapy. I recommend cream/gel vs injections or subdermal pellets or sublingual (under tongue).

    2. Take a good Nitric Oxide supplement (not to be confused with Nitrous Oxide hehe )

    3. Ask urologist or primary doc for an ED med such as: Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Staxyn. Also, they can get the generics way way cheaper using GoodRx.

    4. Stay hydrated, eat a healthy diet, and exercise.

My pleasure babe! It was an interesting story and I just wanted to offer those possibilities as an alternative to what might be happening. I also thought it may help other girls and guys to think about what could be happening (at least as a possibility)

Levitra works best for me. Better then Viagra or Cialis, IMHO. That said, without getting too scientific, young Dicks work better than old Dicks, from my own personal experience. It's Nature's way of survival of the fittest, regardless of the Species. But, we all like sex and that's why we're here.

I've been using Viagra for 5 years now. I buy in bulk from Canada like someone earlier said. Like others have said, it's a vasodilator, so it expands the little capillaries in your Pride 'n Joy, making both you and your companion happy. I've found one serious drawback: night blindness. This is because the OTHER little capillaries Viagra dilates are in your eyes. When you're driving home after dark, someone with high beams on in the other lane will cause your eyes to go temporarily blind (like having a million flashbulbs go off in front of you). The first time it happened to me I was driving home spent and happy on Beltway 8, panicked because I literally could only see a large orange ball in my vision, and pulled into the emergency lane until it subsided. Happened one other time as well, same thing, on a dark highway. I guess that's technically "Driving While Impaired"?
