That area is bad and has been bad for a number of years. Add to it the additional risks of dealing with SWs and you quickly see the risk/reward assessment is heavily weighted on the risk side. However, same people love the thrill of living on the edge.

the movie, "Pretty Woman" was based on a true story &
Disney changed the ending. The real ending was tragic

The point I was making about the movie, Pretty woman was
a street walker and not all is all sparkle & glam that is a true comparison to
Bissy sector but it was lost in the moment
with it being turned into a debate instead of a clear message of
