Kayaking in New Braunfels, Lake Austin, Canyon lake is great, your bottom stays dry. But, you should try tubing! Especially in the last few weeks of summer!

I walk dogs, because it is never boring. I hate running. I go swimming all the time. I love racing bicycle. I only feel safe in the bike parks. Check out "Veloway" in South Austin. There must be more parks, for bikes only, up North, but I don't know them.

Best exercise is dancing! Put your high heels on and dance for 10-15 minutes! You will get energized and full of endorphins!

I do 50 push ups, 50 sit ups and run a couple of miles 3 to 4 times a week. Push ups help your heart and strength.

Study finds men who can do 40 have lower risk of heart disease. The number of push-ups a man can do may be a good indicator of his risk for heart disease, a new study found. ... “Surprisingly, push-up capacity was more strongly associated with cardiovascular disease risk than the results of submaximal treadmill

he Big Number: 40 push-ups linked to better heart health in men. Becoming proficient at push-ups — being able to do 40 or more — does more than help strengthen your upper body. It also might help stave off cardiovascular problems, especially if you're a man.Feb 17, 2019

Men between 50 and 59 years old should be able to do 15 to 19 push-ups and 20 to 24 sit-ups. Women of the same age should be able to do seven to 10 push-ups and 15 to 19 sit-ups. Men between 60 and 69 years old should be able to do 10 to 14 push-ups and 15 to 19 sit-ups.May 3, 2010

How many push ups can the average woman do?
    Looking at the "good" category, the average number of push-ups for each age group is: 15 to 19 years old: 23 to 28 push-ups for men, 18 to 24 push-ups for women. 20 to 29 years old: 22 to 28 push-ups for men, 15 to 20 push-ups for women. 30 to 39 years old: 17 to 21 push-ups for men, 13 to 19 push-ups for women.Jul 5, 2019

    Just my 2 cents:)
