I have a friend also looking for a 2-4 bedroom house with 2 car garage.
Theres several homes for lease in my upper class neighborhood but quite a bit out of that rice range. If interested you are more than welcome to pm me. Also theres a lot of rentals now in the Pflugerville area. It has a lot of nice neighborhoods the trick is to find one to rent a for lease by owner. Their a lot easier to rent bc you don't have to deal with a realtor, but I do have an awesome realtor friend that specializes in the Pflugerville area. If you would like more info pm me please.

I had sent this info in PM, but for anyone else that may want it. Along 35 there are apartments that are in pflugerville/austin border. They are cheaper because they are technically not in austin and are nice apartments. You can also look by zip codes because that will affect prices as well. Try looking around the border of austin or a zipcode border. Prices will change depending on what side you look at. Taxes will be different as well.

Do you at least know what search engines to use? I have found a few online that are pet friendly in the low 1000s. If you don't want an apartment there are duplex's out there that aren't bad. It's a middle ground between house and apartment. I understood what you originally wanted, but if you weren't messaged by now the chances are more and more unlikely that you will be contacted. Consider maybe a roommate with another girl or at least start making compromises to what your perfect situation would be just as a plan B.
