On a separate note, I go once a month to my local health department and load up. They know I am a SW, and want me to be safe. They don't blink an eye when I come in and ask for condoms. They give me free lube and female condoms, too!

I recently started receiving medications via mail but I have seen more than female veteran exit the pharmacy with a brown bag full of condoms in hand. Moreover, VA Primary Care Physicians can request lab tests for sexually transmitted infections at a veterans request.

I now get every thing by mail in plain envelope or box. Contact your VA primary care physician or nearest VA Medical Center. Most VA medical centers will accomodate requests from traveling veterans with prior notice.

So I sent her a request, asking to have them mailed monthly.

I didn't specify an amount because I didn't want to sound like a slut!
