We all make choices. Even if they make a deal, the mugshot, arrest report, fingerprints, etc are all public record. So you never really get off. As for being allowed back, I wouldn't want them back. The problem is they would try with a new handle. With the way the boards keep rw info off of them, no one would know who they are anyway. Which is why P411 was a good site for verification. Too bad they closed down to new members. Just when they are needed the most.
