    I’ve eaten it only once in the last thirty years, but as I remember it has a mild flavor and tender texture. Its taste depends on how you season and prepare it. I ate it grilled. Some like it battered and fried, but I’ve never eaten it that way.

    There are other fish I enjoy more. There’s a restaurant in Anchorage that makes the most delicious beer battered halibut. I eat salmon once or twice a week. And I love pecan crusted trout.

    Now I’m hungry! :-)

    Can always try that Icelandic shark dish.
    Marinates in uric (sp) acid if I am not mistaken.
