I didn't create cease & Desist orders but obviously it's a new trend on escort websites. I can't object to such a worthy cause to keep the peace.
Let's get down to specifics to clarify some lines of confusion. Advertising< to my understanding is for companions & stands alone without open discussion or comments added.
Advertising is a business promotion that applies to one's own self as a marketing tool & has nothing to do with a cease & Desist order against someone else. Both people named in a Cease & Desist order can advertise in the snatch thread/Daily Companion section.

We can use examples to clear the confusion; I started a thread about, "Newbie Friendly Providers", < Advertising promotion is not a discussion thread. It's no different than having a website out there that allows verified companions to post advertising.

Conclusion, when you get a Cease & Desist order to stay away from a person & don't post in a thread they created, IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN'T ADVERTISE IN A THREAD CREATED FOR SPECIFIC ADVERTISING PURPOSES. EVERY COMPANION HERE HAS FAIR RIGHTS TO BUSINESS PROMOTION.
