Review Format

Where's the link to the "fill in the blank" format to write a review?

I click on "New Topic" in the review folders but it looks like a regular post. I'm sure the link is right in front of me but I'm missing it. Please help.

It's not built in to the board like it was on ASPD.

Note that the comments aren't "BCD" like on ASPD. You can post your comments in one of the locker rooms if you want limited access like on BCD.

Maybe one of the mods can sticky a template to the top of one of the forums if ASPD doesn't come back online soon.
