Casino security in the area is very good at catching providers, but there are some in the casino's.
I know this from first hand experience. If you are younger and have a younger provider hit up on you, it may not be so obvious as when a young chick hits on an old fucker like me. I have hit on young chicks twice at the Isle and got them kicked out right after they agreed to go up to my room.
When BP was around, it was a lot easier. CityX and STG suck in that area.
