Also just to ad an FYI you don't need to actually go inside a man's anus and/or use enemas and such. I've never done that personally, but you dont really have to (however, ya, I'd imagine that can produce a more intense orgasm?).

You can also massage the perineum area, putting pressure on it. Basically it's just edging and external prostate massage.

Here is something you can all try (either men by yourself or with a provider, lover, partner...):

1. Edge to a decent degree.
2. Do this until sufficiently excited and there's a build up of nerve excitement and you are in the "plateau" stage (just before ejaculation -- this is the final point before emission/ejaculatory response is unavoidable).
3. Upon ejaculation squeeze the pelvic floor and pubic muscles as hard as you can (basically a kegel) and push with decent pressure, but not painful, on the perineum area and move the fingers up with that pressure applied on the perineum as the ejaculation occurs, working up to the testes and penal shaft.

The ejaculation will be much harder.

You can even continue to milk semen and prostatic fluid out of the urethra by continuing to push along that same path after a short state of relaxation - don't squeeze your pubic muscle at all for maybe 20-60 seconds after the primary ejaculation is over. Just relax for a second. You would now push on the perineum and push fingers up along that path from the perineum up to the testes and even up to the penis shaft/urethra. More semen will come out.
